Her kommer endnu en Madplan, som i kan bruge som inspiration til jeres uge. Denne uge har en ret med oksek\u00f8d, to dage med kylling, en dag med fisk, og en dag uden k\u00f8d. Det er ofte s\u00e5dan jeg sammens\u00e6tter en ugeplan. Hvor mange opskrifter vil i gerne have pr. madplan?
