Da det var weekend havde vi god tid til at lave det hele fra bunden – og bage vores egne Naan br\u00f8d – det var i virkeligheden super super nemt! \ud83d\ude42 .. Jeg har ikke pr\u00f8vet at lave indisk mad f\u00f8r, men min veninde havde heldigvis nogenlunde styr p\u00e5, hvilke krydderier som skulle bruges. Resultatet blev suuuuper godt, MUMS!!! \ud83d\ude42 \u00a0Man kan garanteret lave tikka Masala p\u00e5 hundrede vis af m\u00e5der, men her kommer vores \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

\nR\u00f8r marinaden sammen ved at blande yoghurt med krydderier og diverse.
\nKom det hele i en sk\u00e5l eller pose.
\nLad det tr\u00e6kke p\u00e5 k\u00f8l i 1-2 timer. (Gerne l\u00e6ngere)<\/p>\n

Naan br\u00f8d laves ved at blande halvdelen af melet med olie, yoghurt og vand.
\nTils\u00e6t salt og bagepulver.
\nTils\u00e6t lidt af gangen den resterende m\u00e6ngde mel. \u00a0Du skal bruge et sted mellem 3 og 4 dl hvedemel \ud83d\ude42
\nDel dejen i 6-8 dele
\nRul dejen ud med en kagerulle. Drys med nigellafr\u00f8. tryk dem lidt ned i s\u00e5 de ikke falder af .
\nP\u00e5 en t\u00f8r pande bages Naan br\u00f8dene et par minutter p\u00e5 hver side.I en gryde svitser du l\u00f8g, hvidl\u00f8g, ingef\u00e6r med krydderier.
\nTils\u00e6t tomatpure.
\nKom kylling og marinade i gryden og lad det svitse ved relativ h\u00f8j varme under omr\u00f8ring.
\nEfter ca. 5-10 minutter tils\u00e6tter du vand, kokosm\u00e6lk og peberfrugter i tern og lader det simre 10 min.
\nRis koges efter anvisningen.
