I dag vil jeg dele opskriften p\u00e5 denne l\u00e6kre gr\u00e6skarsuppe. Hokkaido gr\u00e6skar indeholder blot 20 kalorier pr. 100 g, og derfor indeholder suppen her ikke s\u00e5 mange kalorier, hvis det er noget man t\u00e6nker over. Jeg t\u00e6nker mest p\u00e5 at mad skal v\u00e6re sund og n\u00e6rende – og det er denne suppe ogs\u00e5. Jeg kunne godt finde p\u00e5 at servere den med nogle rugbr\u00f8dstern eller komme lidt quinoa i, for at f\u00e5 m\u00e6theden til at str\u00e6kke sig lidt l\u00e6ngere.<\/p>\n

\n1 Hokkaido gr\u00e6skar (mit vejede 550 g uden indmaden)
\n2 guler\u00f8dder (1o0g)
\n1 liter vand
\nevt. 1 gr\u00f8ntsagsbouillon.
\nLidt sukker og olie til at riste hokkaido tern
\nGr\u00e6skarkerner
\nFrisk persille<\/p>\n

Start med at skrubbe og skylle gr\u00e6skaret – og tag indmaden ud.
\nTag ca. 1\/5 del af gr\u00e6skaret fra , som du kan bruge til topping.
\nSk\u00e6r gr\u00e6skaret i stykker ca. 2-3 cm.
\nSvits l\u00f8g og chili med krydderier i olie.
\nTils\u00e6t guler\u00f8dder og gr\u00e6skar og vand + bouillon.
\nLad simre ca. 20-25 minutter til gr\u00e6skarene er m\u00f8re.
\nH\u00e6ld vandet fra – men gem det i en sk\u00e5l.
\nMed en stavblender blender du suppen – tils\u00e6t vand efter hvor tyk du \u00f8nsker den.
\nRist hokkaido ternene p\u00e5 en pande med lidt sukker (kan undlades).
\nRist gr\u00e6skarkerner p\u00e5 en pande.
