Jeg er blevet rigtig glad for at tr\u00e6ne hjemme – og udend\u00f8rs. Det er klart noget jeg har fundet ud af pga. corona-tiden og under min rejse. Man kan sagtens have en god tr\u00e6ning uden at have s\u00e6rlig meget udstyr – og endda ogs\u00e5 helt uden. \u00a0Jeg synes, at det er fedt at tr\u00e6ne med sin egen kropsv\u00e6gt. Derfor vil jeg i dag dele et par tr\u00e6ningsprogrammer med jer, som I kan pr\u00f8ve af! \ud83d\ude42
\nBODYLAB har lanceret en linje med “Stay-fit at home” – tr\u00e6ningsudstyr<\/a>. De har blandt andet lavet en slyngetr\u00e6ner<\/a>, som koster bare 399kr. Jeg elsker at tr\u00e6ne med slyngetr\u00e6ner, fordi det giver mulighed for at tr\u00e6ne hele kroppen.
